Living Hotel An Der Oper – A Favorite for Families in Vienna

Living Hotel An Der Oper sits 50 metres from both the State Opera and the Karlsplatz Underground Station (lines U1, U2, U4). Guests are a 10-minute walk from St. Stephen's Cathedral and 200 metres from the Kärntnerstraße Shopping Street and the Musikverein Concert Hall. Schönbrunn Palace is reachable within a 20-minute underground ride from the hotel.

The hotel offers apartment configurations up to 84 square metres, each with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Selected units include a kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities, while all rooms provide a private bathroom with hairdryer and bathrobes available on request. Soundproof windows keep out traffic noise from Kärntner Strasse, and daily housekeeping is included.

A complimentary breakfast buffet is served each morning with a variety of hot and cold options. Complimentary refreshments include beer and sparkling water placed daily in the in-room refrigerator, plus 24-hour access to specialty coffee and sparkling water in the lobby. The nearby Gourmet Spar supermarket across the street provides additional self-catering options.

Free high-speed WiFi (measured at 180 Mbps in guest rooms) is available throughout the hotel. An on-site airport shuttle service can be arranged, and complimentary laundry services are offered to extend guest convenience. The 24-hour front desk provides concierge support, luggage storage, and express check-in/check-out.

Two-bedroom executive family apartments sleep up to four guests and include a kitchenette and separate living area. Babysitting and child services are available on request, and the kid-friendly buffet at breakfast caters to younger guests.
